【Abstract】 In the paper, based on uniform price and the data of Zhejiang electricity market, Out-of-merit Capacity Index (OCI) is put forward by applying out-of-merit capacity and used in analyzing the bidding behavior of the power suppliers. The result that OCI can analyze effectively the unusual bidding behavior of power suppliers has practical importance for the supervision department of the market.更多还原
