【摘要】 IP电话(InternetTelephone)是指在IP网上通过TCP/IP协议实时传送语音信息的应用。论文利用电力调度系统通信网与Internet的共性,提出可以在电力调度系统通信网上实时传送语音信息,这样做可以充分利用电力通信网的带宽,节省调度系统通信费用,而且仅需要简单的设备便可实现覆盖面广、接入方便的电力调度系统通信网IP电话。因此,电力调度系统通信网IP电话的应用前景十分广阔。更多还原

【Abstract】 IP telephone is a technology by which we can transmit sound information in time on IP network by TCP/IP protocol.Since Internet and the electric power dispatch communication network have similar characters,we can transmit sound information in real time in electric power dispatch communication network.If we make use of the band of the electric power dispatch communication network fully,we can save a lot of communication cost used in the dispatch system.Now,by installing simple equipment,we can realize IP telephone of large coverage and convenient access in electric power dispatch communication network.In conclusion,the application of IP telephone in electric power dispatch communication network has a broad prospect.更多还原
