南方电网因直流故障切机后的恢复策略

【摘要】 当贵广直流输电系统发生双极闭锁故障时,南方电网需要切除送端电网的部分机组才能保持系统稳定。为加快系统故障恢复的进程,文中提出通过降低其他运行机组出力的控制策略,使被切机组能在短时间内投入,并保持送端系统的输出功率基本不变,达到在保持系统稳定的前提下使被切机组快速恢复的目标。利用PSS/E的用户自定义计算功能对发电机的出力调节过程进行建模,对南方电网发生贵广直流闭锁故障后被切机组并网后的带负荷过程进行仿真,结果证明了该方法的可行性和有效性。

【Abstract】 When double pole block fault occurs in Gui-Guang HVDC transmission system, selective tripping of generating units in the sending end has to be used as a method to maintain stability of the South China Interconnected Power System. In order to expedite the restoration process, this paper presents a control strategy that power generation of some running units can be reduced during this process to permit the tripped units to be resynchronized to the system without changing the power level at the sending end. This enables the tripped units to be restored to load rapidly without disturbing system stability. With user-written subroutines developed in PSS/E, simulation is performed for the South China Interconnected Power System to investigate the system behavior during reloading process of those units which had been tripped following DC block fault. The results show that the proposed scheme is feasible and effective.
