一种新的AGC机组绩效考评方法

【摘要】 提出了一种新的自动发电控制(AGC)机组绩效考评方法。该方法用控制区总的发电功率与基准出力之差和频率误差的相关系数作为控制区自动发电控制性能的指标,并以系统频率误差的平方为标准,构成控制区AGC的总任务描述,总任务的描述在本质上与现行的控制区控制性能标准保持一致,例如北美可靠性协会颁布的控制性能标准(CPS)。然后根据AGC中每个机组的分配系数分解总任务,并构成单台机组的考核标准。进一步,给出了发电指令超限时的修正方法。文中给出了该方法的原理分析及仿真结果,结果验证了该方法的正确性。

【Abstract】 A new method for evaluating AGC generators performance is developed. First, the control performance assignment of the control area is characterized, which makes use of the correlation coefficient about the frequency error and the generation difference between total generation and the scheduling generation in control area as the control performance index, and the standard deviation of system frequency error as judging standard, The control performance assignment is consistent with current control performance standards, such as CPS. Then according every generator’s distribution coefficient in automatic generation control, the control. performance assignment is allotted to each generator, and it means the AGC generator’s performance standard. At last, when the generating command exceeds the AGC unit declaring scope, such as ramp rate and generating fluctuation scale, a compensatory correcting method is discussed. The theoretical analysis and simulation results are presented. The results validate that the presented method is correct.
