【Abstract】 Along with the innovation of electricity market in China, the generation and power network will be unbundled completely. The independent power network companies with natural monopolies and generation companies will participate in power trading with consumers in equal status. The market makes power generation planning and transmission-distribution network planning facing more uncertainties,so that the power system planning is more complex. Firstly the new orientation, new theory and new evaluation rules of power system planning in the competitive electricity market are introduced. Then the generation planning and distributed generation planning theory of generation companies is recommended. Finally the uncertainties, that the transmission-distribution network planning faced, are pointed out and the new planning theory and methods under the market environment are put forward.更多还原
