带旁路限流电感的新型固态限流器试验研究

【摘要】 为检验所研制的10 kV/500 A/2 500 A(最大短路限流有效值)带旁路限流电感桥式固态限流器工业性试验样机的控制策略及其控制性能,设计了相应的物理实验模型(50 V/1 A/5 A),并在该模型上进行了各种短路故障试验。试验结果证明:该固态限流器采用逆变续流混合式控制策略,控制性能良好,而且具有控制方法简单可靠、故障类型判断准确以及减轻续流管在故障限流和断流过程中的负担等特点。

【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the control strategy and working effects of the prototype of a solid-state fault current limiter with bypass inductance in 10 kV/500 A/2 500 A (maximal virtual value of fault current), a corresponding experimental model in 50 V, 1 A/5 A is designed. Based on this strategy, an experiment has been made on the model in different short circuit faults. The results of experiment indicate that the mixed-mode inversion and subsequent flow strategy, which is used by the solid-state fault current limiter, can not only limit the short circuit current to the proposed level, but also has many advantages such as the simplicity and reliability of the control method and the exact judgment of the fault types, the capability of decreasing the load of fly-wheel thyristor T7 and T8 to a low level in the course of limiting or disconnecting the short circuit current.
