【摘要】 IEC 61850对变电站自动化的应用价值主要体现在互操作性支持上。文中以实现产品互操作性为目的对IEC 61850的相关概念进行了分析,指出产品互操作性存在两种实现的目标,实现自动化功能之间的互操作性才是产品应用IEC 61850的最大价值。参考IEC 61850的技术体系,对产品实现互操作性所需要的内在形态、外在形态以及技术措施等进行了探讨,说明应用IEC 61850只是产品实现互操作性的基础,而不同厂家在实践过程中能否保持必要的一致却是至关重要的,因此提出有必要借鉴国内外经验开展产品互操作性实验的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The main application value of IEC 61850 is to support interoperability. For the purpose of implementing product’sinteroperability, this paper analyzes the relative concepts in IEC 61850, and points out that there have two implementing ogjects about product’s interoperability, the biggest application value for IEC 61850 applying in products is to implement theinteroperability among automation functions. Based on the technical system of IEC 61850, this paper also studies the internal or external conformations and technical measures which are needed in product’s interoperability. The paper tries to explain thatapplying IEC 61850 is just a foundation for product’s interoperability and the most important thing is whether various vendorscan keep consistency in practice or not. So this paper suggests that it is necessary to develop an experiment about product’s interoperability by considering the experiences of national and international.更多还原
