TOU (Time-of-Use) price is an important measure of desired DSM object. Through exerting the effect of price lever and proceeding from the consideration of Hunan TOU application status, this paper proposes a reciprocal TOU model of demand side and generation side available for Hunan electric power network, and it also deduces seasonal price, which provides the basis to build the power price system of Hunan province.
