【Abstract】 Peak load shifting management system in shenzhen is designed and accomplished in order to assure the implementation of Shenzhen peak load shifting plan at the cost of least lost for scocial resources. The architecture and function of this system are introduced. Meanwhile, the data flow and feature of this system is presented. The function is forecast module, staggering peak management module, information module, counting module and maintenance module.
