纳西族Y-STR遗传多态性研究
Study of Y-STR Genetic Polymorphism for Naxi Nationality
【摘要】 采用荧光引物genescan技术,分析了云南纳西族Y染色体8个微卫星标记,根据8个Y-STR在云南纳西族中的高频等位基因和单倍型组成,对纳西族Y染色体进行多态性分析。纳西族与汉族8个Y-STR基因座进行X检测,差异极显著。并结合历史学、民族学等相关证据来探讨纳西族Y染色体遗传进化历史。
【Abstract】 Eight short tandem repeats(STR)marks of Y chromosome were typed in Naxi peoples by fluorescent primers. Haplotypes of Y-STRs were built and polymorphisms of Y chromosome were analyzed. It had significant difference that application X test to analyse the relationship of 8 Y-STR between Naxi population and Han peoples. The genetic evolution of Y chromosome was discussed in combination with knowledge of history and enthnology.
