用NCCLS M27-A微量法测定白色念珠菌对氟康唑的药物敏感性
Detection of Susceptibility of 34 C. Albicans Species to Fluconazole by NCCLS M27-A
【摘要】 目的:探讨体外药物敏感试验测定白色念珠茵的药物敏感性。方法:根据美国国家临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)M27-A方案的微量液体稀释法,对34株健康人口腔中分离的白色念珠菌进行药敏试验,测定其MIC值。结果:34株白色念珠茵MIC值在0.25-2.0μg/ml之间,所有菌株对氟康唑均有不同程度的敏感性。结论:NCCLS推荐的M27-A微量稀释法具有易操作、实用性强、结果稳定、重复性好的优点。健康人群来源的白色念珠茵对氟康唑敏感存在差异。
【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the antifungal susceptibility of C. albicans by susceptibility test in vitro。Methods: The minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of 34 C. albicans to FCZ were detected through the M27 -A broth microdilution method recommended by NCLLS (National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards). Results: The MIC of the species ranged from 0.25 μg/ ml to 2.0%. All C. albicans to FCZ are sensitivity. Conclusions: The M27-A broth microdilution method of NCLLS has many advantages, such as simple operation,better practicability,stable result, nice repeatability and so on. The sensitivity of C. albicans from healthy population to FCZ has discrepancy.
