【Abstract】 The karyotype of Northern sheatfish(Silurus soldatovi)was analysed from metaphase in kidney cells by the colchicine-hypotonic-air drying and Giemsa staining technique.The chromosome number(2n) and the arm number(NF) is 58 and 98,respectively.The karyotype is composed of 24 metacentric chromosome pairs,16 submetacentric chromosome pairs,14 subtelocentric chromosome pairs and 4 telocentric chromosome pairs,which can be expressed as 24m+16sm+14st+4t.更多还原
