pH、盐度和溶氧对海蜇幼蜇生长的影响
The physical-chemical factors affecting jellyfish Phopilema esculenta breeding
【摘要】 通过室内模拟试验, 研究了养殖海蜇Phopilemaesculenta过程中pH、盐度和溶氧对幼蜇生长的影响。结果表明: 伞径为 1cm的幼蜇可适应 20个盐度单位的突变, 短期适应后可以正常活动、摄食和消化, 幼蜇对盐度的适宜范围为 14~30; 对pH的适宜范围为 7 9~8 5; 幼蜇短时间内耐低氧能力较强, 窒息点为 0 102~0 251mg/L, 但水中溶氧过高会在幼蜇体内产生气泡, 并使活力减弱。
【Abstract】 Effects of the physical-chemical factors on Phopilema esculenta breeding were observed. The results showed that the optimal pH varied from 7.9 to 8.5,and the optimal salinity ranged from 14 to 30 for jellyfish survival. The asphyxia for jellyfish was between 0.102 and 0.251 mg/L at the mean diameter of 1.0-(3.5) cm.
