基于SPC的产品质量监测系统的研究与开发
Development of product quality supervising system based on Statistical Process Control technology
【摘要】 统计过程控制是利用数理统计方法来分析生产过程因素,实现对生产过程的动态、连续监控。本文介绍统计过程控制的基础理论,以及SPC质量监测系统的开发。综合运用管理软件和单片机技术,生成控制图显示被控点的分布情况,区分影响生产过程的两类因素———普通因素和特殊因素,并以实例说明其应用。
【Abstract】 Statistical process control is a technique of analyzing production process via statistics to realize dynamic and continuous supervising.This paper describes its basic theory and implementation.This system is developed by using conventional management software and single-chip microcomputer.Different factors influencing the production process are distinguished and exhibited through the control chart.Its application is illustrated by practical example.
