水热制备TiO2薄膜及其性能检测
Preparation of TiO2 thin film by hydrothermal annealing and its performance inspection
【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶旋转法制备TiO2多孔薄膜,用X-射线分析仪、扫描电镜、原子力显微镜,紫外-可见分光光度计,检测薄膜析晶分析、表面形貌、吸光度、电池的电性能。结果表明:P25粉体添加量为30%,100℃水热烧结12 h,可以形成结晶良好,吸光度较好的TiO2多孔薄膜。
【Abstract】 This paper describes the preparation of TiO2porous thin film by sol-gel revolve method.Its performance in crystal structure,surface morphology,absorption spectrum,and electrical characteristics are inspecteded by X-ray,SEM,AFM,and UVSP.It conludes that under the condition of 30% of P25 powder content and hydrothermal annealing 12 hours in 100℃,the TiO2porous thin film prepared exhibits good crystal structure,excellent light absorbance,and electric performance.
