【Abstract】 Using conventional detecting apparatuses and controlling software,an automatic quality detection system for EM1800 PCAs(Printed Circuit Assemblies)is established. Instructions are sent to the relays to collect testing signal sequentially. Comparing the feedback signal with the standard value,the quality assessment data are measured and restored automatically.This method can be modified to be general-purpose for other kinds of printed circuit assemblies. The validity and reliability of this method are verified in applications.更多还原
