Meso-5,10,15,20-四(对羧基苯基)卟啉配合物的合成新方法
Novel method for solvent-thermal synthesis ofMeso-tetra(4-carboxyphenyl) zincporphyrin complex
【摘要】 报道了用丙酸和DMF作溶剂和催化剂,直接用吡咯,4 羧基苯甲醛,锌盐合成Meso 5,10,15,20 四(对羧基苯基)锌卟啉配合物(ZnTCPP)的新型方法———溶剂热合成。探讨了诸因素对反应的影响,找出了最佳的反应条件:在140℃,反应时间60h左右,反应物摩尔比为2∶2∶1;混合溶剂体积配比为v(丙酸)∶v(DMF)=2∶1。利用以往方法合成ZnTCPP产率为14%左右,但用该方法产率可达到19.65%。
【Abstract】 A new method of solvent-thermal synthesis of Meso-tetra(4-carboxyphenyl) zincporphyrin complexs, using the propionic acid and the DMF as solvents and the salt of zinc, catalyst-;pyrrol,4-carboxybenzaldehyde, as reagents. Various factors influencing the action are studied and the optimum conditions are determined as follows: temperature, 140?℃; reaction time, 60?h , reagent ratio, 2∶2∶1;mixed solvents volume ratio,v(propionic acid)∶v(DMF)=2∶1. In comparison with traditional method, this new method increases the yield form 14% to 19.65%.
