【Abstract】 The multinational trade system encourages green protection and allows its members to adopt the trade restriction measures without erecting trade barriers. But green trade barriers erected by developed countries have become the barriers that are impassable for the exports from developing countries. The paper probes the WTO’s rules concerning green protection, analyses different kinds of green barriers to China’s exports and proposes some countermeasures.更多还原
