灌孔混凝土砌块砌体中钢筋粘结性能试验与可靠性研究
Study of reliability and behaviour of reinforced bond in grout block masonry
【摘要】 进行了12组立方体试件拉拔试验,综合考虑了锚固长度、灌孔混凝土强度、钢筋直径和横向配筋4个试验参数,确定了钢筋粘结锚固受力状态的各个发展阶段,给出了粘结锚固特征强度和特征滑移值的统计公式.通过对锚固承载力极限状态的分析,建立了粘结锚固破坏的极限状态方程和锚固长度的目标可靠指标;统计了各锚固抗力参数的均值及变异系数,用一次二阶矩方法进行了可靠度计算,进一步验证了《砌体结构设计规范》GB 50003—2001钢筋锚固长度规定的安全性.
【Abstract】 Based on the results of 12 groups of cube specimens′ pull-out tests and considering the four parameters of anchorage length,strength of grout concrete,bar diameter and horizontal reinforce,every phase of the bond behavior is identified and the formula of characteristic bond strength with characteristic slip value is established applying regressive equation.The limit equation of bond failure and the objective reliability target are developed by analysis for limited state of bending force.The mean values and variance coefficients of bending force parameters are counted.In addition,the reliability analysis of the bar anchorage length in grout has been done with JC method.The result provides further proof for the safety of bar anchorage length introduced in Code for Design of Masonry Structure(GB 50003—2001).
