柴油机微粒过滤器红外再生技术研究

【摘要】 提出采用红外技术对蜂窝陶瓷进行再生的新方法,并对红外再生的机理及其选择性加热的特点进行了分析.介绍了红外再生加热器,并在6110A柴油机台架上进行了红外再生试验.试验结果表明:红外再生效率高于90%,红外再生过程中蜂窝陶瓷内部各位置最高温度相差小,最高温度在800~1000℃,过滤体的温度梯度小于10℃/cm,红外再生技术符合蜂窝陶瓷的热再生要求;红外功率及再生气流对蜂窝陶瓷的最高温度及再生时间有显著影响,红外再生的可控性好.

【Abstract】 A new regeneration technique using infrared heating technique for honeycomb ceramic filter was developed successfully. The infrared regenerating mechanism and the selective heating feature were analyzed. The infrared heater for the regeneration was presented. The characteristics of infrared regeneration were investigated on the 6110A diesel engine bench. The experimental results show that infrared regeneration has high regeneration efficiency at more than 90%, little difference among the maximum temperatures at any position of honeycomb ceramic filter, the maximum temperatures at 8001 000 , lower temperature gradient at less than 10 /cm. The infrared heating technique suits the heating regeneration qualification of honeycomb ceramic filter. The maximum temperature and the regeneration time are affected notably by infrared electric power and the exhaust flow rate, and infrared regenerating technique is controllable.
