化爆材料切削温度脉冲捕捉及其试验研究

【摘要】 针对化爆材料切削特点,研制出一种新型快速响应半人工热电偶.测试系统中引入相位超前校正网络,使整个测试系统的时间常数在2ms以内,能捕捉到很短的切削温度脉冲.用此测试系统做了切削温度脉冲捕捉模拟试验,并对影响切削温度的3个主要因素:切削速度、进给量、切削深度分别取4个水平做正交试验,结果表明影响切削温度的主要因素是切削深度,其次是切削速度,而进给量对切削温度的影响不显著.保持切削用量中2个因素不变,测量出切削温度随另一个因素而变化的特性曲线,得到了与正交试验完全相同的结果.

【Abstract】 A new type of fast-response temperature sensor — semi-artificial thermocouple is developed according to the cutting features of chemical explosion material. The response time of the measuring system is within 2 ms after adopting phase-leading emendation network. The system can catch a cutting temperature pulse which lasts for very short time. Simulative experiment of catching the temperature pulse and three-factor four-level orthogonal test are made. The three factors are cutting speed, depth of cut and feed rate. The results indicate that the factor that affects the cutting temperature most is depth of cut, then is the cutting speed. The feed rate affects the temperature a little. Two of the cutting parameters kept unvaried, the relation between the cutting temperature and another parameter is measured. The same results with those of the orthogonal test are obtained.
