全二维气相色谱数据分析系统
A data processing system for comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography
【摘要】 全二维气相色谱(GC×GC)作为一种新的色谱技术,尤其适用于挥发、半挥发性复杂样品的分离.基于复杂样品分析的广泛性,依靠Zoex公司的全二维气相色谱仪开发了一个色谱数据分析系统的设计方案.该系统采用基于基值平面的思想,定位分界线来检测色谱峰.通过已知样品重复试验,Pearson乘积矩相关系数达到了0.99.该系统作为操作员的辅助分析工具,还提供了良好的交互界面,演示色谱数据和色谱峰,并利用峰模板与相位调整来定性定量分析.
【Abstract】 Comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography (GC×GC) is a new method, which is especially suitable to separate volatilizable and semi-volatilizable samples. Since the analysis of complex mixtures has rapidly become more and more important, a design of data processing system of GC×GC based on the comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography of Zoex is shown. This system detects the blob above the base plane by locating the borders. By several experiments, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient is above 0.99. As a computer-aided analysis tool, this system displays the data and the blobs, does qualitative and quantitative analyses with blob templates and phase shift.
