大跨度钢管混凝土系杆拱桥施工方案研究

【摘要】 大跨度钢管混凝土系杆拱桥在施工过程中结构应力较高、稳定安全系数较小,选择合理的施工方案对于保证结构安全至关重要.通过对丹东月亮岛大桥分析,确定采用硫磺砂浆垫块临时固结承台与拱座、先同时泵送2根下弦管混凝土再泵送2根上弦管混凝土、横梁和桥面板混凝土分段施工等关键过程施工方案,保证了该桥施工过程中的结构稳定和受力安全.该施工方案可为类似桥梁设计与施工提供参考.

【Abstract】 During the construction of concrete-filled steel tube tied arch bridges, stresses in the arch ribs are very high and stability of the structure is very poor. A reasonable construction scheme is vital for safety of the bridge. Based on analysis of Dandong Moon-Island Bridge, the optimum construction schemes of the key processes of construction are decided, which include the temporary fixation of the abutment and arch ribs. When erecting arch ribs, concrete in the two lower steel tubes was pumped before the two above ribs and segmented erection of transverse beams and concrete deck. It ensured safety of the bridge during construction. The scheme can be applied to other similar arch bridges′ construction.
