序批式膜生物反应器脱氮除磷性能研究

【摘要】 采用平行试验的方式对比序批式膜生物反应器与传统膜生物反应器在不同进水碳氮比条件下对污染物质的去除效果.试验结果表明,序批式膜生物反应器强化了传统膜生物反应器的脱氮除磷性能.进水碳氮比在(7.8~32.2)∶1范围内,序批式膜生物反应器TP平均去除率为93.9%,TN平均去除率由传统膜生物反应器的31.8%提高至87.4%,且保持稳定,无需外加碳源.序批式膜生物反应器混合液EPS含量高于传统膜生物反应器.

【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the efficiency of the conventional membrane bioreactor (CMBR) and the sequencing batch membrane bioreactor (SBMBR), parallel tests were carried out to compare the performance of the two reactors in pollutant removal at different C/N in influent. The results show that SBMBR can obviously improve the ability of CMBR in nitrogen and phosphorus removal. Furthermore, when the C/N of influent is in the scale of 7.8~32.2, the average percentage of the TP (total phosphorus) removal reaches 93.9%, and the average removal rate of TN (total nitrogen) increases to 87.4% from 31.8% without additional carbon sources, and the results are stable. However, the extracellular polymers (EPS) concentration of mixed liquid in SBMBR is higher than that in CMBR.
