燃气轮机进气冷却工艺的选择
Selection of Inlet Air Cooling Technology for Gas-turbine
【摘要】 燃气轮机的性能与环境温度有关,其出力随燃气进气温度升高而降低的问题可通过冷却燃气进气来解决。冷却燃气进气有直接接触和间接接触2种方法。直接接触式有水膜式蒸发冷却和喷雾冷却;间接接触式有压缩制冷、吸收制冷、蓄冷冷却和液化天然气冷能利用。直接接触式冷却装置的优点是初投资较少,运行及维护费用较低,但冷度较低,受环境湿度影响较大,适用于干燥、炎热地区。在工程中选用何种冷却进气方式应结合实际情况,综合考虑峰谷电价差、资金情况、气象参数、年运行时间等进行技术经济分析确定。
【Abstract】 The performance of gas turbine has relation with the environmental temperature and its output is reduced with increase of gas inlet temperature, which can be solved by means of cooling the inlet gas. There are 2 ways to cool inlet gas, direct contact and indirect contact. The direct contact way includes water diaphragm evaporation cooling and mist spray cooling; while the indirect way includes compressive refrigeration, absorbing refrigeration, cold storage cooling and cold energy application of LNG. The direct-contact cooling device is prior in the less primary investment, lower operation and maintenance cost, but its cold degree is lower and is mostly effected by the environmental humidity. It is suitable for dry and hot regions. It is necessary to combine with the concrete conditions to select the mode of the cooling gas inlet for the practical projects with general consideration of the tariff difference of peak-to-peak load, funds, climate parameters and annual operation hours for technical and economical analysis.
