CCD图像传感器及STT技术在水轮机焊接中的应用
Application of CCD Image Sensor and STT Technique in Welding of Hydro-turbine
【摘要】 CCD图像传感器用于焊接过程时,由于电弧光使其感光单元都达到电饱和,影响它获取信息的准确性和 可靠性,可采用滤光片来减轻弧光的干扰。表面张力过渡技术有很低的线能量、极低的飞溅率和极高的电弧稳定性。 因此,在三峡工程大型水轮机蜗壳大厚板的窄间隙焊接时,使用了STT技术,STT技术为CCD图像传感器用于自动化 焊接提供了可能,使大型水轮机厚板的窄间隙焊接取得成功。
