【摘要】 给出了一种对输电网投资与电网可靠性进行协调优化的分析评估方法,推导了能够反映随着输电约束限位变化,输电约束附加成本如何变化的成本函数,井建立了输电网全年最优可靠性分析数学模型,通过一个实例进行了验证。还研究了进行输电网扩容项目投融资的市场机制的建立问题,并给出了相应的方案建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper provides an analytic and appraisal method for optimization of coordination between transmission grid investment and power grid reliability.A cost function is deduced,which reflects the change of uplift cost of transmission constraint with the change of the transmission constraint value.A mathematical model is established for optimized reliability analysis of transmission grid in a whole year and experimental verification is carried by a practical example.The subject of establishing market mechanism for financing of transmission expansion project is studied and relevant plans and suggestions are proposed.更多还原
