【Abstract】 Harmonious development between traffic demandand traffic supply is one of the importation character ofsustainable development urban traffic. The article is basedon primary character of sustainable development urban traffic,analysis how urban road congestion pricing, as a measureof traffic demand management, advances urban traffic sus-tainable development.
