海水中氨氮现场分析技术

【摘要】 探讨了海水中氨氮现场分析对次溴酸钠氧化法的条件,按照正交设计对实验条件进行了优化选择.结果表明:将磺胺(3 g/L)和盐酸萘乙二胺(0.15 g/L)配成一种试剂;以及用1.2+1的盐酸配制的显色剂,用30%的氢氧化钠溶液配制的次溴酸钠氧化剂,具有较好的显色效果,减少了试剂种类,缩短了反应时间,具有操作简便、快速等优点,其工艺流程和有关技术指标均能够满足氨氮自动分析仪的要求.

【Abstract】 In the paper,the conditions are discussed on the analysis of NH4+-N in situ by the oxidation of NaBrO2.The experiments are designed to optimize several kinds of experimental factors according to the orthoplan.The results show that the coloration-reagent should be mixed with sulphanilamide(3 g/L)and dinitroaniline(0.15 g/L),which is regulated to specific acidity with HCl in ratio of 1.2+1,and the oxidant,KBrO2,should be mixed with bromine liquid and NaOH of 30% in the same ratio.Under the above conditions,the coloration effects are better when the sea water is oxidized and colorated.After the technique is improved on,the kinds of reagents are reduced and the reacting time is shortened.The improved method is characteristic of the convenient operation and speediness.Its technique flow and related index can satisfy the requirements of the instrument of automatic analysis of NH4+-N.
