【Abstract】 Generalizability Theory was applied to explore the accuracy and reliability of English Speaking Assessment for Seafarers (ESAS). The G-study and D-study results indicate that the assessment, with a two-facet crossed design (p×i×r), has high reliability and accuracy. The raters are highly consistent in scoring.更多还原
