【摘要】 从经济学的角度,提出了集装箱港口效率的内涵及其重要性,通过引入数据包络分析(DEA)模型并加以改进,选取集装箱港口的泊位长度、桥吊数量、集装箱吞吐量等作为输入/输出指标,从定量的角度研究集装箱港口的效率,以我国主要集装箱港口为例进行实证分析,测算出8大集装箱港口的相对效率,在对结果进行初步分析的基础上,提出了大连港集装箱发展的建议.更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper states the concept and its importance of container port efficiency. The DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) model has been introduced and modified. The criteria, such as berth length, number of cranes, as well as volume of container throughput etc., have been chosen as the input/output parameters in the DEA model. The performance evaluation on efficiency of container port has been conducted with the quantitative method. This paper makes a case study on 8 key container ports in China and works out the their relative efficiencies. Finally, the suggestions on Dalian container port development have been put forward based on primary analysis of the performance evaluation results.更多还原
