气浮法处理含油废水的试验研究
Study on treating wastewater containing oil by air-flotation
【摘要】 采用溶气气浮模拟装置,系统研究了溶气压力、溶气量、气油比、矿化度、pH值、混凝剂、废水含油量及水温等诸多因素对气浮效率的影响,指出了提高溶气压力,增加溶气量,控制废水pH值(pH=6~8)和矿化度(3%左右),加入适量混凝剂(PAC:50~70mg/L),可取得较好的除油效率。
【Abstract】 With dissolved air floating simulation device, the influence factors on floating efficiency, such as atmospheric pressure,dissolved tolerance, the air-oil ratio, mineralization degree, pH value, coagulant, oil content of waste water and temperature, etc. are researched systematically. Increasing atmospheric pressure and dissolved tolerance, controlling pH value to be 6-8, mineralization degree to be 3% and right amount of coagulant(PAC:50-70 mg/L)can get better degreasing efficiency.
