【摘要】 生态足迹作为定量测度区域可持续发展程度的有效指标,其核心是测量人类对自然生态服务的需求和自然所提供的生态服务之间的差距,使人类认识到自身生存发展对生态系统构成的压力状况,进而协助人类做出明智的选择。该文以我国能源重化工基地大庆市为研究区域,对其1980—2001年的生态足迹计算分析得出,该市1980年人均生态盈余为0.329hm2,1988年为0.106hm2;1992年生态足迹人均赤字为0.670hm2,1996年为2.080hm2,2001年为2.331hm2。大庆市20多年来生态足迹由盈余发展到严重的赤字,表明其人口消费需求超过了自然生态系统的承载能力,生态环境呈现逐步恶化的趋势,可持续发展状况不容乐观。最后提出大庆市实现可持续发展的战略对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Daqing City ,whichis ani mportant petro -exploitation and petro -chemical industry base in China ,has been in the laterstage of petro-exploitation.Under the condition of the gradual i mbalance between supply and demand of oil and gas resources in ourcountry ,it is no doubt that it is urgent for us to choose the best ways of sustainable development .In order to resolve the problem,thefirst thing that we must dois to correctly evaluate the current situation of sustainable development in Daqing City .Ecological FootprintModel ,which focuses on measuring the difference between the human being’s demands to ecological environment and the ecologicalservice supplies fromecosystem,is an effective and popular method to quantificationally evaluate whether the development of a certainregionis sustainable .According to the consequence of the evaluation,human being can have cognizance of the degree of humani mpacton nature and make a wise decision.Based on Ecological Footprint Model ,this article calculates and analyses the ecological footprint ofDaqing City from1980 to 2001 .As a result ,in Daqing City ,ecological remainder per capita in 1980 and 1988 are 0 .329 hm2and0·106 hm2respectively .However ,ecological deficit per capita in 1992 ,1996 and 2001 are 0·670 hm2,2·080 hm2and 2·331 hm2re-spectively .Consequently ,a conclusion can be drawnthat ecological remainder has beentransformedinto ecological deficit since 1980sinDaqing City .Fromthe analyses above ,it can be seenthat the demands of human consumption exceedthe capacity of natural ecosystemand ecological environment is deteriorating at a rapid pace .In a word ,the situation of sustainable development in Daqing Cityis not op-ti mistic .Finally ,some countermeasures to realize sustainable development are put forward .更多还原
