【Abstract】 Starting with the research on the knowledge essence of technology,this paper analyzes the knowledge characteristics of technology transfer,then points out the indispensable conditions to promote the domestic innovation of technological capability through technology capability transfer.Not only the limited transfer of the tacit knowledge of technology but the instability of the Chinese technological knowledge makes the technology import of the Chinese enterprises at present stay in the use of explicit technology knowledge.However,it is very difficult to realize the innovation and development of technological capability.The paper considers that it is very important to advance enterprise’s ability to absorb and integrate imported technology and optimize the system environment of the technological transfer.更多还原
