干预冠心病患者同型半胱氨酸水平对一氧化氮、假性血友病因子影响的研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨叶酸、维生素B12对冠心病(CHD)患者空腹血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、一氧化氮(NO)、假性血友病因子(vWF)的影响。方法:82例经冠状动脉造影检查证实为CHD且血清Hcy水平增高(≥15μmol/L)患者随机分为2组:(1)对照组(41例):口服治疗CHD常规药物不服用叶酸等影响Hcy的药物;(2)干预组(41例):每天口服治疗CHD常规药物基础上加用叶酸、维生素B12;治疗前及治疗后8周测定血清HCY、NO及血浆vWF水平,所有数据以SPSS 10.0软件包进行统计学处理。结果:干预组Hcy及vWF水平与服药前相比降低,统计学有显著性差异(P<0.01);干预组NO水平与服药前相比升高,统计学有显著性差异(P<0.01);对照组Hcy、NO及vWF亦有变化但无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:口服叶酸、维生素B12显著降低了CHD伴高Hcy血症患者的空腹血清Hcy水平,同时升高NO水平、降低vWF水平,使冠脉内皮功能得到改善,对防治CHD有一定价值。

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effects of folic acid and vitamin B12 on fasting serum homocysteine (Hcy) and Nitric oxide (NO) and plasma von Willebrand Factor(vWF) concentrations in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) .Methods: 82 patients with CHD and hyperhomocysteine(HHcy) (≥15μmol/L) were randomly divided into two groups. One group(41 cases) were given folic acid(5mg/d) and vitamin B12(250μg/d) orally in addition to routine treatment, and the other group(41 cases) were treated with routine treatment as control. The blood samples of the two groups were assayed pre - and post treatment (two months later), and the concentrations of Hcy and NO and vWF were measured and compared. SPSS10.0 software pack was used to make statistical - analysis.We took P < 0.05 as statistic significance level.Results:The Hcy and vWF concentrations of post treatment were lower than those of pre - treatment in theated group(P < 0.01) . The NO levels were higher than those of pre - treatment in theated group(P < 0.01), but the difference is not significant in control group (P >0.05). Conclution: Folic acid and vitaminB12 supplementation significantly declines homocysteine levels.This therapy can improve arterial endothelial function and treat the’patients with CHD.
