【摘要】 经过十余年的勤奋创业,我国国家级高新区已经具备了发展循环经济的基础。胡锦涛总书记在中央人口资源环境工作座谈会上指出,将循环经济的发展理念贯穿到区域经济发展中,为我国国家级高新区发展循环经济指明了方向。本文结合循环经济的特征和国家级高新区的实际发展情况,从高新区的产业、人才和经济三个方面,充分论证了国家级高新区发展循环经济的紧迫性和重要性,最后通过分析国家级高新区的资源环境体系,给出了发展循环经济的具体措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through decades of years of industrious pioneering, the national High-Tech Industrial Development Zones in our country has got the ability to develop a circulation economy. President Hu jintao pointed out that the development of region economy should be implemented with the concept of circulation economy in the Central Conference of Population and Resource Environment, which illuminates the development direction for circulation economy in national High-Tech Industrial Development Zones. In this paper, in terms of industry style and economy modality, the urgency and significance of developing circulation economy in national High-Tech Industrial Development Zones are sufficiently demonstrated, according to the character of circulation economy and the actual circumstance of national High-Tech Industrial Development Zones. Finally, a concrete measure for developing circulation economy is presented , through analyzing the resource environment framework of national High-Tech Industrial Development Zones.更多还原
