脉冲红外热成像无损检测的物理检测机理
Physical Basis and Detecting Principles of Thermal Pulse Video Thermography Nondestructive Testing
【摘要】 介绍了实验中采用的脉冲红外热成像无损检测系统的组成,通过黑体辐射理论和热传导理论研究了系统检测机理以及常用的反射和透射检测方法,提出了两种增强小发射系数试件热辐射的方法,并得到了反射法和透射法检测的适用范围。
【Abstract】 The experimental setup of the pulse video thermography nondestructive testing system is introduced in this paper. On the basis of study of testing mechanism and the two conventional methods, namely reflecting method and transmission method, two methods to increase the heat emission for specimen with smaller heat emission coefficient are presented. The application ranges for the two conventional testing methods are also presented.
