爆炸成型弹丸药型罩的试验研究

【摘要】 在装药条件、药型罩几何尺寸相同的条件下,分别对以钨铜粉末冶金、紫铜和铜铝复合金属三种材料为药型罩的爆炸成型弹丸进行了静破甲试验,得出铜铝复合双金属药型罩形成的弹丸具有比紫铜药型罩更好的侵彻力,且罩顶开孔更有利于提高罩的侵彻能力。相同条件下铜铝复合金属罩的侵彻能力比紫铜提高近27%。

【Abstract】 Penetration tests of three explosively formed projectiles(EFP)of the same shape and size were conducted un- der the same charge condition.Tungsten-copper power alloys,copper and copper-aluminum composite were used as ma- terials of the liner.The armor-piercing capability of the copper-aluminum liner is better than copper liner,and it is pro- pitious to improving the armor-piercing capability of liner with hole.In the same condition penetration capability of the copper-aluminum liner is almost 27% better than that of copper liner.
