高温构件激光快速成型制造技术研究
Study on Laser Rapid Prototyping Manufacturing Technology of High-temperature Parts
【摘要】 介绍了选区激光烧结快速成型及覆膜钼粉的制备技术,对其激光烧结成型进行了实验研究,获得优化的成型工艺参数;开发了高温烧结钼骨架结合渗铜的成型件后处理工艺,并制作了某箭弹发动机用高温构件样件;对所得到的钼铜复合材料进行了性能测试。
【Abstract】 The technology of selective laser sintering rapid prototyping and the preparation of polymer-coated-Mo metal powder are introduced.The laser sintering process has been experimentally researched.Based on the experiment result,the best laser sintering parameters have been acquired.The post treatment process of prototyping parts has been developed,which is sintering framework-Mo by high temperature combining with copper impregnation method.High-temperature parts of a ballistic rocket’s engine are manufactured.At last,the properties of Mo-Cu composite material have been test.
