气动发声阀门的研制
Develop of Pneumatic Valve of Sound Generating
【摘要】 文中研制一种启闭频率高达20Hz 的气动发生阀门,并利用流体动力学数值仿真软件(FLUENT)对其内部流场进行数值仿真,通过改变均衡进气孔参数,优化了阀门内部流场分布情况。
【Abstract】 A develop of pneumatic valve of sound generator which open frequency is 20Hz.This thesis deals with the numerical simulation and optimizes pneumatic valve including the implementation of a new CFD model in FLUENT software.The analysis of the flow provides a method to optimize structure of valve and improve capability of the valve.
