【Abstract】 The difficulty for high-tech firms in financing results from lack of multi-level capital market. The multilevel capital market is the optimum means to solve the financing problem faced by high-tech firms. This market can meet the capital need for such firms to the greatest extent and promote high-tech achievement transformation.
