【Abstract】 Corporate competitive advantage is an eternal research theme in industrial organization. Industrial organization is not a simple external source of corporate competitive advantage. With increasing market competition and change in competition environment, industrial cluster, inter-firm competition and cooperation will play key role in acquiring corporate competitive advantage.
