【摘要】 通过对阀式浇注系统充填模式的研究,以注塑流动分析为理论基础,依靠CAE分析技术对浇注充填过程进行流动模拟,分析阀式控制充填过程中的压力、熔接痕、取向及收缩变形对注塑的影响,说明阀式浇注对改善注塑工艺条件和提高注塑产品质量具有一定的现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this research,the control technique of vale-injection system of mould is analyzed,the theory of CAE is a key technique for vale-injection system to be controlled.According to CAE,the interrelation of press-filling,melt-mark,wall-thick,orientation and deflection is analyzed during filling,and thus can be regarded as base for optimize-control of filling process and products.更多还原
