高频窄脉冲电化学加工正交试验研究
Orthogonal Experiment and Research on High Frequency Short Pulse Electrochemical Machining
【摘要】 高频窄脉冲电化学加工具有加工精度高、稳定性好等优点,可以加工出微小尺寸的工件。利用正交试验法设计加工试验,并对所得到的正交试验数据进行方差分析,最终得到实现加工间隙最小化的各因素条件。
【Abstract】 High frequency short pulse electrochemical machining(HSPECM) characterized by higher machining precision and better machining stabilization can process workpiece in smaller dimensions.In this paper,by using the method of orthogonal experiment,an experiment plan has been made.Finally,a variance analysis has been made by using the result data of the previous orthogonal experiment and the optimal machining factors are gained for the shortest machining gap.
