金属零件表面改性的喷丸强化技术
Strengthening Technologies of Shot Peening on Metal Part Surface Modification
【摘要】 传统的机械喷丸工艺在工业界已经得到广泛的应用。随着激光技术的发展,出现了一种新的加工工艺———激光喷丸。它们都能改善金属零件表面的机械性能,尤其是在表面产生压缩应力,使零件的抗应力腐蚀等能力大为提高,从而延长零件的疲劳寿命。由于激光喷丸具有形成的残余压应力比机械喷丸深等优势,因而强化效果更佳。
【Abstract】 Mechanic shot peening is a traditional process and widely employed by industrial circles. Laser shot peening is a modern technical tool with the development of laser science and technology. they both can modify metal part surface texture to improve mechanical properties, one of which they can impress the compressive stress into surfaces to make work piece have more resistant to stress corrosion cracking and extend its fatigue life. Due to residual stress induced by laser shot peening can be deeper in depth than traditional shot peening, its ability to safeguard the component is better than mechanical shot peening’s.
