【Abstract】 The behavioral finance originated in 1980’s and its naissance represents a great revolution to the traditional finance theories.First,the findings on psychology were introduced into the research of the behavioral finance,and became one of the important research fields in the behavioral finance.Secondly,the traditional financial theories can not explain the anonymous phenomena existing long in the stock market,while the behavioral financial theories can offer reasonable explanation.Certainly,as a new research field,there still exists a space to develop the behavioral finance.更多还原
