【摘要】 农村城镇化进程中不可避免会产生诸多环境问题,并对城乡经济发展产生负面效应,因此我们在推进农村城镇化进程中要注重环境保护。笔者认为,协调农村城镇化与环境保护的理性选择应该是:在农村城镇化的推进要兼顾农业持续发展的三个目标;将资源环境因素纳入农村城镇化的社会经济大系统;建立农业和农村自然资源核算制度;政府要强化对农村城镇化进程中的环境管理;大力推广和发展生态农业;加强生态型城镇的建设;等等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urbanization inevitably brings some environmental problems which have negative effects on the development of rural economy. Therefore we should pay attention to environmental protection in urbanization.
