合金溜槽堆焊焊条的正交设计

【摘要】 运用正交法确定了合金溜槽堆焊焊条的药皮组成,并研究了其工艺性能、冶金性能和堆焊层的机械性能。经反复试验获得了较为理想的焊条药皮配方,所设计的新焊条不但具有较佳的工艺性能,而且堆焊层中合金元素的含量达到了设计要求。

【Abstract】 The coating compositions of alloy chute surfacing electrode were determ ined by using orthogonal design method.At the same time,the process properties and metallurgy properties of the new electrode were investigated and the mechanical properties were tested.By tests over and over,the ideal compound of the elect rode coating was achieved.The new electrode had better process properties.It was tested that the content of alloy dements have met the design requirement on the surfacing layer.
