【摘要】 根据电阻点焊的控制要求,设计了基于微处理器技术的数字化点焊控制器。控制器基于PHILIPS的80C552单片机设计,具有焊接程序控制、焊接电流波形调制、故障诊断等功能;控制器提供了基于LCD显示与键盘输入的数字化参数设置界面。对控制器的可靠性设计进行了分析,采取了硬件和软件的抗干扰措施。试验证明设计的点焊数字控制器具有良好的动态特性。更多还原

【Abstract】 A digital controller for resistance spot welding is introduced in this paper.With the microchip of PHILIPS 80C552,the controller realizes the functions of welding program control,welding current wave control and trouble-shooting.A digital parameters setting system based on LCD display and keyboard input is provided in the controller.The paper also discusses the reliable of the controller.The hardware and software measure dealing with interference have been taken in the design.The experiments show that the controller has excellent dynamic characteristic.更多还原
