电阻钎焊微控制器设计与可靠性研究
Design and reliability of the micro-controller of resistance brazing
【摘要】 介绍了电阻钎焊微控制器的组成和原理设计思路,分析了其工作可靠性的影响因素。该控制器以MCS-51单片机为核心,从软硬件两方面分析了防止干扰、提高器件和电路可靠性的措施以及系统供电电源、晶闸管的单管导通和变压器的单向磁化等可靠性问题,指出整机的老化试验是控制器可靠性的重要保证。
【Abstract】 In the paper,the structure and design thought of resistance brazing micro controller,whose key component is MCS-51 are introduced.Some factors on work reliability are analyzed from software and hardware,including prevention of disturbance,the measures of improving reliability of components and circuit,the power source of micro controller,single tube conduction of SCR and irreversible magnetic process of transformer.Also the aging test on the whole machine is very important to guarantee reliable performance of the controller is pointed out.
